When inflating, avoid overfilling: pinch the valve at the base and blow into it, stopping before the pillow gets too tight. Then, hold the base of the valve and insert the plug.

These are the best gift for your rough kids. I bought 2 sets for a Christmas gift since my 2 year old loves hitting things (and people). One tip: buy a set for everyone in the house. It's impossible to leave anyone out. So much fun and none of the hurt.
